As a Quality Control Quality Assurance Inspector, working for Conoco Phillips on a barge overseas in Barbados years ago; Danny was speaking with a random company HSE person about all the facets of safety in the workforce, how good safety people were virtually nonexistent and how safety was only now becoming more prominent in the Oil & Gas Industry. During that discussion Danny envisioned a company that could potentially fulfill that growing demand for good safety people and a few years later in 2004 he created what we all now know as Accurate Safety Compliance (ASC).

Accurate Safety Compliance is a family owned company that is committed to providing exceptional service, accurate information, and innovative training solutions for their clientele. ASC consulting services focus on customer needs and our success is measured by the success of our clients. ASC is an authentic company that continuously saves our customers time and money.

Brief History

	Danny Thomas Danny retired after serving 25 years in the United States Marine Corps and is a standing member of the Marine Corps Association and Marine Corps League. After retirement from the Marines, Danny returned to the oil and gas industry, acquired an Associate’s Degree from Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma City, and then took his military along with 18 years of oil and gas experience on a journey to “make a difference”. Danny is married with three children and as our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Safety Director, he is a motivated hard-charger, who enjoys spending quality time with his seven grandchildren, who are all members of his self-proclaimed “Buddy Club”. Danny has maintained a key role in the safety culture that now exists throughout the industry and his integrity, devotion to helping people, and commitment to safety has definitely made a difference.
	Chad Thomas Chad, the oldest son, brought his expertise in sales and management to ASC in 2007. Chad has his Bachelors Degree from the University of North Carolina, Pembroke and a Certified Safety Health Official (CSHO) program completion certificate. Chad is married with two children and enjoys family, church, sports, fantasy sports, and ESPN.  Chad is the face of our company. He has extensive experience in customer service and relations so, he understands just how important you are as a client. Chad assumes many roles as our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Sales Director, and Field Manager and you will not encounter a better person to work with or work for. Chad is steadfast in successfully improving operations and the completion of projects as he continues to assist the large companies and small business owners in achieving their goals.
	Brad Thomas Brad, the youngest son and newest member of ASC came aboard in June 2010. Brad has his Associates Degree from North Central Texas College, Gainesville, TX and has 13 years of oil and gas experience that he now brings to the table. Brad is married with three children and enjoys family, church, politics, sports, and fantasy football. Brad is the workhorse behind the scenes in our company. Brad is our Chief Operations Officer (COO) who manages the administration, as well as research and development of ASC.  He is a professional that leaves it all on the field each and every day. Brad consistently strives towards the achievement of our organizational goals and is truly committed to the safety of others.
